Kidney Care UK is the UK’s leading kidney patient support charity, providing practical, financial and emotional support for kidney patients and their families and campaigning to improve care services across the UK. A charity provides vital support for more than 100 patients every week and invests over £3 million each year in inpatient grants. The Patient Support Services covers practical and emotional support through counselling and Advocacy team, funding patient research projects, and improving care services.
