Yes, it is possible to pick up the donation from your porch as long as iCollectClothes has your permission. If you are planning or have already booked a clothing donation collection via iCollectClothes, but you are not at home at the given time frame of the driver's arrival, the driver can pick up your charity clothing donation from your porch as long as we have your approval.
